CLIA
In any arena where there is medical necessity for the testing of patients,
it is possible to bill insurers for the use of our CLIA Waived devices. We
have been focused in the pain management field, setting up and maintaining
CLIA Waived facilities and assuring payment and maximum reimbursement for
the use of our tests. On-Site Testing Specialists will assist your facility
in filling out the proper forms for your state to obtain your CLIA Waiver.
We have worked with many of the 50 states and are familiar with each states
specific regulation.
Billing
Once set up as a waived facility On-Site Testing specialists can assist your
facility in the proper way to submit claims to insurers, including Medicare,
to receive maximum reimbursement. With our exclusive design we have the ability
to bill and receive reimbursement for each drug to be tested for. O.S.T.S
has CLIA Waived tests for up to 11 substances.
Maintenance
On-Site Testing Specialists is well versed in the requirements set forth by
CLIA in regards to maintaining a CLIA Waived facility. We can assist your
practice in policy and procedures, keeping necessary logs, performing external
controls and using the proper tests.
Exclusive
On-Site Testing Specialists has designed an exclusive kit that contains everything
needed to test for 11 drugs of abuse and bill for each, along with a method
to obtain results as to the validity of the urine specimen. A common problem
with patients is their ability to adulter the urine specimen to mask results.
Included in the kit is a test that checks for 7 parameters of Adulteration.
That along with a specimen cup with a built in temperature strip the doctor
can be assured before prescribing medications.
