O.S.T.S was established in March of 2002. We have built our company on extensive customer service and knowledge in all areas where drug testing is applicable. We are familiar with the needs of all facets of the drug testing industry. We maintain clients and their specific needs in the Criminal Justice Department, Employee Drug testing, Treatment Centers, Pain Management Clinics, Clinical Laboratories and Hospitals.
On-Site Testing Specialists is NOT just a website to order product from. We offer extensive customer support and training in implementation of drug testing and maintaining drug testing programs. We are set up in an office setting just outside Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. We are fully staffed to assist in many aspects of our clients needs. O.S.T.S is a master distributor of Branan Medical’s quality line of drug testing supplies. Branan Medical’s instant urinalysis drug tests are manufactured in an ISO certified manufacturing plant located in Irvine California. All urine products are FDA approved and CLIA cleared. CLIA is the Clinical Laboratory Improvements Act of 1988 and is the highest level of certification that is only granted to testing products that have undergone rigorous and intensive testing by the federal government. Our testing products are the ONLY urine dip tests that can boast this level of certification.
O.S.T.S is owned by Gerard O’Hare, who has been a registered pharmacist for 26 years. He also owns and operates Jeffrey’s Pharmacy, Washington Medical Equipment and Curtis Long-Term Care. He has been a member of the retail advisory board of Cardinal Health for 25 years and is currently the president of the Washington County Pharmaceutical Association.
Ryan Cope is the V.P of marketing and sales and had worked the last 5 years for Greenbriar Treatment Center as a substance abuse professional. His areas of expertise include drugs of abuse, company drug testing policy, CLIA regulations, insurance company reimbursement, product applications and training.
Sandy Wolf is the office manager and has been in the drug testing field for 12 years. She previously was the founder and office manager of another Drug and Alcohol testing facility in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Heather Branthoover is our administrative assistant providing consistent client support with billing, shipping, and ordering.
